• 1 stick cinnamon
• 1 vanilla pod (s)
• 3 star anise
• 5 carnation (s)
• 1 jar honey (acacia honey)
• 4 half walnuts

Instructions

1. Take part of the honey jar. Put the spices and nuts in the jar and cover with a little honey again if necessary. The honey should soak for about 3 - 4 weeks. Tastes very good in winter on fresh bread or in tea!
