Ingredients

  • 1 bowl lamb`s lettuce
  • 2 handfuls pine nuts
  • 1 handful pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (pomegranate balsamic vinegar) or raspberry vinegar
  • 1 pomegranate
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • some cold water

Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and drain the lamb`s lettuce. Fry the pine nuts and pumpkin seeds in a pan without oil until they bounce or start to crack.
  2. In the meantime, stir together the oil, vinegar, water and sugar. Season with salt and pepper and add the seeds. Let the whole thing go well for about 10 minutes. Finally add the lamb`s lettuce and mix.
  3. Instead of the pomegranate balsamic vinegar you can of course also use raspberry vinegar. But it can also be something new. The pomegranate balsamic vinegar can be found in delicatessen shops.
