Instructions

  1. Peel oranges, cut into small pieces and place in a bowl. Remove the outer leaves of the chicory, then halve and cut into pieces. Important: always put the oranges in the bowl first and then prepare the chicory so that the chicory does not turn yellow (the fruit acid of the oranges prevents this). Add the raisins and almonds, then honey to taste. Mix everything well and then let it steep for at least half an hour if possible (but if necessary you can also eat it right away)
