- 2 chicory
- 2 orange (s), (Navelinas)
- 100 g raisins
- 100 g walnuts, chopped
- 4 tablespoon heavy cream
- Lemon juice

- Quarter the chicory, remove the bitter stalk and cut into strips. Drizzle with lemon juice. Squeeze the juice out of half an orange and set aside. Peel, divide and cut the rest of the oranges into pieces (fillet if you like). Add the raisins, walnuts, orange juice and cream and mix everything together.
- This salad is not for those who don`t like raisins, as the necessary sweetness comes from the raisins.
