Ingredients

  • 300 g turkey schnitzel
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Lemon pepper
  • 2 tablespoon oil for frying
  • 400 g veetables, mixed (wok veetables, frozen, alternatively also fresh your choice)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 piece (s) ginger (small )
  • 250 ml broth
  • 125 g noodles (wok noodles)
  • Sauce (teriyaki sauce)
  • Spice mix (sprinkling seasoning for wok dishes)

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into strips and marinate in soy sauce and lemon pepper.
  2. Let a wok get hot. Fry the meat vigorously in hot oil, then remove and keep warm. Now fry the vegetables with the squeezed garlic and squeezed ginger. Pour in the broth and add the wok noodles. Cook for about 5 minutes while stirring. Season everything with soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and the spice mixture. Finally add the meat again and heat it up again briefly. Serve hot.
