Ingredients

  • 600 g chicken breast
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 1 Chinese cabbage
  • 3 carrot (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 leek
  • 1 jar bamboo shoot (s)
  • 6 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sambal oelek
  • salt and pepper
  • paprika
  • curry

Instructions

  1. Make a marinade from soy sauce, tomato paste, honey, sambal oelek and the spices. Cut the meat into strips and leave to rest in the marinade overnight.
  2. Cut the vegetables into thin strips, pre-cook the carrots for about 4 minutes. Cook the vegetables in the wok.
  3. Fry the marinated meat in a pan.
  4. Arrange the meat with the vegetables. Rice is ideal as a side dish.
