Ingredients

  • 1 pack jelly (woodruff flavor)
  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 squirt lemon juice
  • 100 g biscuit (s), (recovery)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the jelly as instructed, but only with half of the specified water. Fill 1/3 and 2/3 of the jelly into two containers and allow to cool.
  2. Mix the quark with the sugar and lemon juice, whip the cream until stiff and add to the quark. Stir 2/3 of the cooled but not yet firm jelly into the quark and cream mixture.
  3. Crumble biscuits and fill the bottoms of dessert glasses with them. Pour the quark mixture over it and chill for at least 1 hour.
  4. Heat the remaining third of the now cooled jelly, do not heat, and pour it onto the cream and quark mixture. Cool for another 1 hour.
