Ingredients

  • 340 g condensed milk 7.5% fat
  • 70 g suar
  • 150 g yourt 3.5% fat
  • 170 g syrup, woodruff (for mixin ratio 1: 6)
  • 1 squirt lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Put the condensed milk in the tetra pack in the freezer for 2 hours. Shake it more often. Then whip like cream in a large bowl. Mix in the sugar, yogurt, lemon juice and woodruff syrup. Then put in the ice cream maker for about 40 minutes.
  2. Preparation without an ice machine is also possible. Then every 30 minutes after the mass has been placed in the freezer, it must be stirred until the ice is solid.
  3. The consistency is very slightly crumbly, but balls can still be formed very well. If you want the ice cream to be creamier, you could add some more liquid cream.
