Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s), peeled and diced
  • 400 ml milk
  • Salt pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 8 sausages, wool sausages (G`schwollene)

Instructions

  1. Bring the potatoes to the boil with milk. Cover and cook very soft for approx. 20 minutes.
  2. Add salt, pepper, nutmeg and butter and finely mash with the potato masher.
  3. While the potatoes are boiling, fry the sausages in hot oil for approx. 3 minutes on each side until golden.
