World`s Best Strawberry Punch

Summary

Ingredients

• 2 ½ liter ginger ale, well chilled
• 5 lime (s)
• 4 tablespoon cane sugar
• 4 stalks mint, the leaves them
• 500 g strawberries, fresh or frozen raspberries
• 400 ml vodka, as needed

Also:

• 5 handfuls crushed ice

Instructions

1. Cut the limes into eighths, mash them with the cane sugar and mint leaves in a saucepan. Cut strawberries.
2. Put the crushed ice in a large punch bowl and pour the chopped strawberries and the lime mixture over it. Then fill up with cool ginger ale.
3. If you like it more fun, simply replace part of the ginger ale with vodka (approx. 400 ml, depending on your taste).
4. The punch also tastes wonderful with frozen raspberries. It is best to drink it immediately after making it.
5. We have coffee and cake instead of coffee and cake in summer!
