Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, (half and half)
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 can corn
  • 0.5 can ½ kidney beans
  • 200 ml tomato ketchup (can be varied according to taste)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • curry
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Fry the onions and add the minced meat, add spices.
  2. Add kidney beans and corn (with juice!)
  3. Mix the whole thing with the ketchup vigorously and let it steep a little longer.
  4. Pour into the wraps, roll up and enjoy!
