Ingredients

  • 400 g minced meat
  • 4 tortilla (s) (wheat)
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 glass chilli pepper (s) (jalapenos), pickled
  • 1 small bunch parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • some clarified butter or oil
  • Paprika powder
  • Garlic, pickled
  • tzatziki

Wraps with Minced Meat and Jalapenos

Instructions

  1. Season the minced meat with salt, pepper and paprika powder and fry in clarified butter or oil in a pan. Take out of the pan.
  2. Cut the paprika, garlic and the onions into small cubes. Sauté the peppers and onions in the pan until the onions are translucent. Then add the jalapenos and garlic with the minced meat and fry again briefly. Add the finely chopped parsley.
  3. Briefly fry the tortillas in the pan or briefly heat them in the oven until they are slightly crispy. Spread the mince mixture on top, add some tzaziki to season and roll up the tortillas.
