Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 250 g flour
  • 125 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dry yeast

For covering:

  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 1 packet cherry tomato (s)
  • 500 g minced meat
  • Salt and pepper and / or spices your choice
  • 1 bottle sauce, (salsa sauce)
  • 1 bag cheese, (Gouda), grated

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients for the dough except for the flour. Gradually add the flour. Knead the dough and let it rest for half an hour to three quarters of an hour. Then divide into about 8 equal parts and roll out. Bake the rolled out dough in a pan until light brown on both sides.
  2. For the topping, fry the minced meat and season it as desired. Cut the lettuce and tomatoes into small pieces. Fold the wraps with all the filling and together (fold up the lower side and fold the two sides over it).
