Ingredients

  • 6 tortilla (s)
  • 400 g minced meat
  • 1 carrot (s)
  • 200 g celeriac
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 can tomato (s), (pizza tomato)
  • 300 g cheese, (medieval Gouda), in one piece
  • Herbs, dried Italian or minced meat seasoning
  • oil
  • salt
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Clean the vegetables and cut into small cubes. Fry the vegetables and minced meat one after the other in vegetable oil. Mix both, add the pizza tomatoes and let the ragout simmer gently for 5 minutes. Season to taste with Italian herbs or minced meat spices, salt, pepper and sugar.
  2. Coarsely grate the cheese.
  3. Distribute the ragout evenly on the tortillas, placing a strip in the middle of each. Carefully roll up each tortilla by folding the free sides over the ragout. Place the wraps in a greased baking dish. When everything is in, sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 180 ° for about 12 minutes until the cheese browns gently.
  4. A green salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar goes well with it.
