- 600 g leek
- salt
- 100 g mararine, or butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 200 ml milk
- pepper
- 6 slices cooked ham
- 75 g cheese, rated

- Clean the leek and cut into pieces approx. 12 cm long. Cook in salted water for 5-8 minutes, then drain and drain. Catch the cooking water.
- Melt the fat in a saucepan. Sweat the flour in it and deglaze with the milk and 200 ml of the vegetable water. Let it boil once. Season the bechamel sauce with salt and pepper.
- Wrap the leek pieces each with a slice of ham (cut in half if necessary) and place in a baking dish. Spread the sauce over it and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Baked in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 20 minutes until golden brown.
- This goes very well with rice or ebly.
