- 1 leek
- 8 slices ham
- 1 cup cream
- 0.5 ½ cup water
- 2 teaspoons broth, instant
- some salt and pepper
- 200 g cheese, rated

- Cut the leek into two equal pieces. Then cut the pieces into four equal parts. This results in 8 small leek sticks, each of which is then rolled into a slice of ham. Put everything in a baking dish. Mix a cup of cream with half a cup of water. Then add two teaspoons of instant stock and a little salt and pepper. Mix everything well and pour over the rolls and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
