Ingredients

  • 160 g butter
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 280 g chocolate, rated
  • 240 g almond (s), round
  • 250 g flour
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 10 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • Pistachios, to decorate

Instructions

  1. Put butter, eggs and chocolate in a mixing bowl and beat until frothy. Then fold the almonds and flour into the dough alternately and in small portions.
  2. Shape the dough into a roll and chill for about 30 minutes. Then cut the rolling pin into about 1cm wide slices, place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven at 180 ° C for about 10 minutes.
  3. Mix the egg yolks with the powdered sugar, then add the chopped pistachios. Spread the mixture on the wrong breads and let it dry in the oven.
