Instructions

  1. Clean the beans, cut them into pieces and cook in boiling water until they are firm to the bite. Then pour off through a sieve.
  2. Peel the onions and cut into cubes. Fry the onion with the bean pieces and some caraway seeds well (it can take some color). Season the whole thing with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
  3. Goes well with bread and butter, mashed potatoes or as an accompaniment to hearty dishes.
