Ingredients

  • 250 g low-fat quark or natural yohurt
  • 100 g cream cheese, rainier
  • some stevia
  • 2 dashes lemon juice
  • 0.5 bag ½ raspberries, frozen
  • some cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the low-fat quark or natural yoghurt with the grainy cream cheese and sweeten with stevia to taste. I still add lemon juice. Mix everything further.
  2. Heat the frozen raspberries in the microwave. Scatter cinnamon over the cream cheese mixture and serve with the hot raspberries.
