Yeast Apple Donuts

Delicious yeast apple donuts can be served with a family meal along with tea or coffee.

Ingredients

  • apple 300 g
  • milk 0.5 l
  • yeast 25 g
  • sugar 3 tbsp
  • butter 30 g
  • flour 500 g
  • eggs 2 pcs.
  • salt to taste
  • vegetable oil 250 g
  • powdered sugar with vanilla to taste

Directions

  1. Dissolve yeast in a small amount of milk, adding 1 tablespoon. a spoonful of flour.
  2. When the yeast rises, stir in the remaining milk, salt, sugar, beaten eggs.
  3. Put flour, melted butter, grated apples, mix, cover, and put in a warm place.
  4. When the dough rises, use a spoon to separate the pieces from it and dip in boiling vegetable oil.
  5. Sprinkle the finished donuts with powdered sugar and vanilla.
