Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 15 g yeast
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
  • 120 ml milk, barely

  • 25 g butter, soft

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, sugar, salt and egg yolks in the food processor. Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk and place in the kitchen machine. Add soft butter and knead. Let the dough rise for approx. 30 minutes in the 50 ° warm oven.
  2. Form dumplings and cover with wipers and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  3. Cook over steam for 12-14 minutes.
