Ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 ½ cube yeast
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 250 ml water, lukewarm, approx.
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Put the flour with the salt in a bowl and make a well in the middle. Crumble in the yeast and mix with the sugar, 50 ml of water and some of the flour. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.
  2. Then add the remaining water and oil to the pre-dough. Knead everything thoroughly. Cover again and let rise for another 45 minutes until the dough has approx. Doubled.
  3. Top with ingredients as desired.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 250 ° C top / bottom heat (convection: 220 ° C) for about 25 minutes.
  5. Sufficient for one baking sheet or two - if you don`t like a lot of batter.
