Ingredients

  • 400 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 point yeast (dry yeast)
  • 300 ml milk

Instructions

  1. Put the flour, salt and dry yeast in a mixing bowl and mix together. Heat the milk and stir in (hand mixer with dough hook) add to the flour mixture until a bonded dough is formed. Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  2. Then knead again and roll out on a greased baking sheet. Prick several times with a fork and cover as desired.
