  • 440 g flour

Instructions

  1. Place the ingredients in the bread maker in the order shown and set to dough level. Mine takes 1 hour and 50 minutes. Then you can either roll out a pizza dough or shape it into baguettes or pizza rolls.
  2. The pizza is baked at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes. Baguette takes approx. 25 minutes at 200 ° C. Bread rolls approx. 10 minutes at 200 ° C, depending on size.
