  • Sour milk – 0.6667 cup
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Butter – 50 grams
  • Yeast – 1 dessert spoon
  • Pumpkin – 100 grams
  • Flour – 2-2.5 cups
  • Sugar – 1-3 tablespoons
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Water – 50 ml

  1. Pour warm water into a deep bowl, add sugar (sweetener) and yeast. We leave the mixture for 10-12 minutes.

  3. Add a sour dairy product and a raw egg to the mass, mix the components.
  4. Add the chopped pumpkin and whisk lightly.
  5. Pour in the melted butter and add the sifted flour. Add salt.
