Salt and Dried Herbs – To taste
Egg – 1 Piece
Milk – 70 Milliliters
Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
Baking powder – 1 Teaspoons (bag)

This dough is prepared without yeast, but with herbs. They give the dough and pizza as a whole an amazing flavor.
Flour need not be sieved. We mix it with baking powder. After preparing such a thin yeast-free pizza dough several times, you will measure the ingredients by eye.
Add dried Italian or French herbs.
Then add the egg, milk and vegetable oil. Add salt to taste. Now you need to knead the dough.
Then set it aside for 20 minutes so that it is infused and saturated with the aroma of herbs.
Then roll it out and lay out the filling. The dough is baked in the oven for only 15 minutes.
