Ingredients

  • 1 liter apple juice
  • 0.5 liter ½ mineral water
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • 10 stalks ground elder
  • 2 stalks lemon balm

Instructions

  1. Wash the herbs and shake dry. Wash the lemon and cut it into slices, put the apple juice in a sufficiently large container and add the herbs and lemon wedges.
  2. Let stand a few hours or overnight and remove the herbs. Pour on the mineral water and enjoy chilled.
  3. Ground elder contains a lot of potassium, vitamin C, carotene and iron. It is effective against rheumatism, gout and arthritis, as well as antispasmodic, detoxifying and blood-purifying, stimulates the metabolism.
