  2. Knead the dough until smooth.
  3. I cover the yeast dough with a towel and set it to rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  4. After the dough has stood and increased in volume, I divide it into portions (about 17). I roll out a portion of dough on a table sprinkled with flour to the desired dia, put apricots and raspberries in the center, sprinkle with sugar. I fasten the edges of the dough well, forming a pie. This is how I deal with all the other dough and filling.
Yeast Pies with Apricots and Raspberries step 4
  5. I put the yeast dough pies with apricots and raspberries on a baking sheet, grease them with milk and put them in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. I bake pies in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Baking times and temperatures depend on the oven.
Yeast Pies with Apricots and Raspberries step 5
  6. I put the finished pies with apricots and raspberries on a dish and serve them to the table.

Bon Appetit!
