Ingredients

  • 1 can beans (wax beans, 400 g or 225 g drained weight)
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 pinch savory
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes, then place the drained beans with the onion cubes in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper and savory. Add the vinegar and oil and stir everything. Please handle the vinegar carefully so that the bean salad does not get too sour. I use safflower oil as an oil, but you can also use another oil. I leave the prepared bean salad in the fridge for 1.5-2 hours.
