  • Flour – 195 g
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Soda – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Yogurt – 180 g
  • Sugar – 200 g
  • Lemon (zest) – 1 pc.
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil (odorless) – 120 ml
  • Vanilla sugar – 10 g
  • Butter – for greasing the mold

Yoghurt Cake Instructions

  1. Combine dry ingredients: flour, soda, salt, baking powder, chopped lemon zest. Mix with a fork until smooth.
  2. Combine eggs, vegetable oil, yogurt and vanilla sugar in another container.
  3. Stir and add sugar.
  4. Combine dry and liquid mixture, mix well,
  5. Grease a form with a diameter of 18 cm with butter, transfer the dough there.

  6. We bake a yoghurt pie at 180 degrees for 35 minutes, check readiness with a toothpick, because ovens bake differently.
  7. The yogurt pie is ready.
