Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped mustard, medium hot
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 300 g whole milk yourt
  • 2 peppercorns, green
  • salt
  • sugar
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the onions and garlic. Finely puree the egg yolks, mustard, garlic, onions and vinegar. Add the oil drop by drop.
  2. Stir in yogurt and season with salt, cayenne pepper and sugar. Add green pepper and let steep for 30 minutes.
