Ingredients

  • g 1,200 natural yohurt (1.5%)
  • 2 tablespoon horseradish (cream horseradish)
  • 2 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 0.5 ½ glass pickled cucumber (s)
  • 8 egg (s)
  • 1 shot Maggi (liquid seasoning)
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar (cucumber vinegar)
  • 1 bunch parsley or chives

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs hard, let them cool and then finely chop them. Finely chop the pickles. Chop the herbs too.
  2. Mix all ingredients together, but only half of the herbs. Use the remaining herbs to decorate. Very simple, easy and quick.
