Yogurt Amarena Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 450 g yourt, Greek (10%)
• 100 g powdered suar
• 50 ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ lemon zest (organic lemon!)
• 1 pinch (s) salt
• 40 ml amarena syrup
• some Amarena cherry (s) for garnish

Instructions

1. Mix the yogurt with powdered sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest and salt. Pour the ingredients into the ice bucket, let the machine run for 40 minutes, then carefully stir in the syrup.
2. Serve garnished with the cherries.
