Yogurt – Amarettini – Dessert

• 300 g yourt
• 100 g quark
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
• 3 tablespoon sugar, brown
• 1 handful biscuit (s) (Amarettini), crumbled
• 3 tablespoon applesauce, possibly a little more
• possibly amaretto

Instructions

1. Mix the yogurt, quark, cinnamon with 3-4 tablespoons of brown sugar and applesauce. Pour the mixture into 2 dessert bowls and sprinkle with crumbled Amarettini biscuits.
2. If there are no children, the mixture can be refined with a dash of amaretto.
3. The amount is enough for 2 people. An everyday dessert for every day.
