Ingredients

  • 600 g natural yourt
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 2 lemon (s)
  • 7 sheets gelatin
  • 150 ml white wine
  • 500 g whipped cream
  • 150 g biscuit (s), (Amarettini)
  • Cream to decorate, optional

Instructions

  1. Soak gelatine in plenty of water and let it soak for 10 minutes.
  2. Squeeze the lemons, mix the juice with the yoghurt, sugar and vanilla sugar. Squeeze out the gelatine and warm it up in a small saucepan with a little white wine until it is dissolved. Then add the rest of the wine. So that no lumps form, stir in two spoons of the yoghurt cream before mixing everything together well. Whip the whipped cream until stiff and fold in carefully.
  3. Pour the cream into glasses or a bowl and let it set in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours. Put the amarettini in a plastic bag and finely crumble with the rolling pin. Sprinkle the cream thickly with it, decorate with whipped cream and whole amarettini if you like.
  4. The longer the cream can sit, the better it tastes!
