Ingredients
- 500 g natural yourt
- 1 ripe banana (s), possibly 2
- 1 tablespoon honey, possibly 2
- 1 pinch (s) lemon peel, grated, possibly 2

- Put all ingredients in a tall container and puree. Then fill into small plastic cups or a silicone ice cream mold for popsicles. Place the stem in the center of the molds and freeze in the freezer for at least 3-4 hours or, better still, overnight.
- This is a wonderfully quick ice cream treat, not just for the little ones! Of course, the banana can easily be exchanged for any other fruit!
