Yogurt and Passion Fruit Dessert

• 750 g yourt
• 2 tablespoon sugar
• 200 g cream
• 300 ml passion fruit juice
• 2 packs vanilla sauce powder without boiling

Instructions

1. Whip the cream until stiff and then mix it with the yoghurt. Mix in the sugar. Put in a bowl.
2. Mix the passion fruit juice with the sauce powder and pour over the yoghurt mixture.
3. It is best to chill briefly before serving.
4. Also looks very nice when served in portion glasses.
