Ingredients

  • 35 g oatmeal, tender
  • 100 g strawberries
  • syrup or sugar
  • 100 g yourt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled cinnamon
  • 0.5 ½ orange (s), juice and grated zest
  • 50 ml water

Instructions

  1. Puree half of the strawberries with syrup or sugar.
  2. Mix the oat flakes with cinnamon, first fill a glass. Put the orange zest aside and squeeze half an orange. Mix with 50 ml of water and pour into the glass. Sprinkle the orange zest on top. Put the strawberry puree on top. Mix yogurt with vanilla extract and pour onto the strawberry puree. Halve the remaining strawberries and fill the glass with them.
  3. Leave in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy in the morning.
