Ingredients
- 300 ml milk
- 600 g cream
- 600 g natural yohurt, mild
- 250 g quark, (cream or low-fat quark)
- 100 g raisins
- 100 g suar
- 250 g oat flakes, crunchy
- 100 g walnuts, chopped
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pack cream stabilizer
- Fruit, 5 types such as oranges, kiwi, banana, apple, mango
- orange juice
- Lemon juice

- Put all dairy products and the sugar - except vanilla sugar and 100 g cream - in a large bowl and stir. Add the oatmeal, raisins and chopped walnuts and stir in. Whip the remaining 100 g cream with vanilla sugar and cream stiffener until stiff and fold in carefully. Put in the fridge overnight. Finished.
- It is ready to serve immediately after completion, but then it is a little more liquid. The muesli can soak through better overnight.
- I whip the 100 g cream stiff, otherwise the muesli would be too runny for me.
- This portion can easily be kept in a well-sealable bowl in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
- Cut different types of fruit into small pieces for the fruit salad. Drizzle the cut fruit with lemon and some orange juice, so neither apples nor bananas will turn brown and the fruit salad will definitely keep for 2 days in a tightly closed bowl in the refrigerator, fresh and appetizing.
