Instructions

  1. Whip the cream. Sprinkle in vanilla sugar and 1 tablespoon sugar while stirring, then whip until stiff. If desired, a little cream stiffener can also be added. Put about half of the cream in a separate bowl. Mix the yogurt with 1 tablespoon of sugar and carefully fold it into one of the cream halves.
  2. Roughly chop the walnuts with a knife. Set the stove to light to medium heat. Cut the bananas into cubes and place in a pan with the walnuts.
  3. Gradually drizzle the honey over the banana and walnut mixture and turn it over and over until the mixture has a tough consistency. The mass can be used while it is still warm.
  4. Pour part of the honey walnut bananas into 2 dessert glasses. Then put some yoghurt cream on top. Sprinkle with a little brown sugar. Make sure that the sugar ends up on the inner edge of the glass so that you can see the layers later. Put another layer of yoghurt cream on top.
  5. Sprinkle with brown sugar and finally top with the cream and sprinkle with a little brown sugar again to garnish.
