Ingredients

  • 3 sheets gelatin, white
  • 1 lime (s), organic
  • 300 g yourt, whole milk
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar, bourbon
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 50 g merinue, ready-made tuffs or shells

Instructions

  1. Soak the gelatine in cold water. Wash the lime with hot water, rub dry and rub the peel. Squeeze the lime.
  2. Mix the yogurt with half of the lime zest, lime juice, vanilla sugar and sugar. Squeeze out the gelatine and dissolve it over a mild heat. First stir in 4 tablespoons of cream, then stir into the rest of the cream. Chill until it starts to gel. Whip the cream until stiff and fold it carefully into the cream. Chill for at least 4 hours.
  3. Wash, clean and quarter the strawberries. Roughly crumble the meringue. Layer the cream, strawberries and meringue loosely in large or 4 small bowls. Scatter the rest of the lime zest over the top and serve immediately.
