Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber (s)
  • 200 g low-fat quark
  • 300 g natural yourt
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • 2 tablespoon mint, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon dill
  • Garlic
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and core the cucumber and cut into very fine cubes. Add the quark and yoghurt and mix everything with the mustard and herbs. Refrigerate.
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper just before serving. If you like, you can also add garlic.
