Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber (s)
- 200 g low-fat quark
- 300 g natural yourt
- 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
- 2 tablespoon mint, chopped
- 2 tablespoon dill
- Garlic
- salt and pepper

- Wash and core the cucumber and cut into very fine cubes. Add the quark and yoghurt and mix everything with the mustard and herbs. Refrigerate.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper just before serving. If you like, you can also add garlic.
