Instructions

  1. Cut the cucumber into slices or sticks. Cut 1 bunch of chives into small pieces to form the small roll.
  2. Put the yogurt in a bowl. Add the zest of one lemon and a little lemon juice. But be careful, not too much, otherwise it will taste sour. Add the chives and season with all the spices. Garlic can be added if you like it, but you don`t have to.
  3. Finally, feta cheese comes in. I crush the feta with a fork.
  4. Add the cucumbers and the salad is ready.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
