Ingredients

  • 500 g natural yourt
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • some chilli flakes
  • some pepper

Instructions

  1. Put the natural yoghurt in a bowl, crumble the feta cheese and add it. Then add the garlic pressed or chopped up and mix everything together. Then only season with chilli and pepper.
  2. It is best to do it 1 day earlier so that the whole thing can go through nicely.
  3. Tastes very tasty with meat or grilled vegetables, but also highly recommended as a spread or dip with vegetable sticks.
  4. Tip: For the low-fat variant, just use 0.1% yoghurt and the light variant of the feta.
