Ingredients
- 500 g natural yourt
- 200 g feta cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- some chilli flakes
- some pepper

- Put the natural yoghurt in a bowl, crumble the feta cheese and add it. Then add the garlic pressed or chopped up and mix everything together. Then only season with chilli and pepper.
- It is best to do it 1 day earlier so that the whole thing can go through nicely.
- Tastes very tasty with meat or grilled vegetables, but also highly recommended as a spread or dip with vegetable sticks.
- Tip: For the low-fat variant, just use 0.1% yoghurt and the light variant of the feta.
