Yogurt Jelly

You wanted something tasty, but there is nothing sweet in the house? Yes, and extra calories are useless … An excellent solution is to make jelly with yogurt. All you need is yogurt, gelatin, a little sugar, and vanillin for flavor, and this yogurt jelly recipe won’t keep you busy in the kitchen.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt – 500 ml
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla sugar – 5 g
  • Gelatin – 1 tbsp

How to make yogurt jelly:

  1. Soak gelatin in 100 ml of cold water.
  2. Leave the gelatin in the water until it swells.
  3. Then heat in a water bath until it is completely dissolved. To do this, place a cup of gelatin in a pan, pour water into the pan up to half the height of the cup. Heat water in a saucepan over low heat until the gelatin dissolves in the cup.
  4. Mix yogurt with sugar and vanilla sugar.
  5. Pour warm gelatin into the yogurt.
  6. Pour the hot mixture into molds or wine glasses and place the yogurt jelly in a cold place until it hardens (3-4 hours).
