Yogurt Jelly with Coconut

Yogurt Jelly with Coconut Instructions

  1. Cover the gelatin with cold water and let it swell for 10 minutes.
  2. Combine yogurt, vanilla sugar, and icing sugar in a separate container. Mix well.
  3. Pour coconut flakes into the resulting mixture, mix thoroughly.
  4. Heat the gelatin in a water bath for a few minutes until it is completely dissolved.
  5. Whisk the yogurt-coconut mixture constantly and pour in the melted gelatin. Mix well.
  6. Pour the mixture into a glass or ceramic dish. Cover the mold with cling film and place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours to cool and set completely. I used a ceramic mold measuring 25×16 cm.
  7. Remove the mold from the refrigerator. Run your knife along the sides of the dish to separate the dessert. Then cut the jelly into portions of the desired size and serve.

Enjoy your meal!
