Ingredients

  • 200 g chocolate, white or couverture
  • 200 g cream
  • 120 g powdered suar
  • 2 orange (s), untreated
  • 1 pinch (s) chili powder
  • 400 ml milk
  • 500 g natural yohurt, 3.5% fat
  • 400 ml cognac, 40% by volume
  • 100 ml alcohol, 96% by volume

Instructions

  1. Grate the chocolate or cut it into small pieces and melt in a water bath over low heat while stirring. Keep stirring and gradually add the cream. Let cool down.
  2. Sieve the powdered sugar. Wash the oranges well and grate the peel very finely. Mix the powdered sugar, orange peel, chilli and milk with the yoghurt thoroughly.
  3. Add the yoghurt mixture to the chocolate cream, stirring constantly with the hand mixer. Continue stirring, slowly pour in the cognac and the alcohol in a thin stream.
  4. Fill the finished liqueur into sterilized glass bottles and close them tightly. Store in a cool place and use soon.
  5. Makes about 2 liters. Shelf life: up to 2 weeks. Alcohol content: about 14% by volume
