Ingredients

  • 1 small melon (s), (watermelon), low in seeds
  • 500 g natural yourt
  • sugar or sweetener

Instructions

  1. Cut the pulp of the melon into pieces and put in the blender. Add the yogurt and puree everything well. Add sugar or sweetener to taste.
  2. The shake tastes particularly refreshing if you put the yogurt in the freezer for a while beforehand.
