Ingredients

  • 4 sheets gelatin, white
  • 300 g yourt (whole milk)
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 tablespoon lime juice or lemon juice
  • 150 g whipped cream (alternatively Rama Cremefine for whippin)
  • 1 mango (s)
  • 2 tablespoon rum, white
  • some cold water
  • possibly grated chocolate
  • possibly mint

Instructions

  1. Soak the gelatine in a little cold water. Mix the yogurt, 3 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons lime juice until smooth. Squeeze out the gelatine and dissolve it over low heat. First stir some yoghurt into the gelatine, then stir everything into the yoghurt. Chill until it starts to gel. Sleep stiff cream and fold into the yogurt. Chill for at least 4 hours.
  2. Peel the mango. Cut the pulp from the stone and roughly dice. Finely puree the mango with 1 tablespoon sugar, 2 tablespoon lime juice and rum.
  3. Arrange the mousse on plates and spread the mango sauce around them. Decorate with chocolate shavings or mint if necessary.
