Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt, 3.5% fat
  • 1 teaspoon oil, (linseed oil)
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons, heaped puree, (nut butter, preferably cashew butter)
  • possibly fruit, flakes, nut chips
  • cereal

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add fruit, muesli, flakes or similar as desired and serve in a nice dessert glass. Please note that linseed oil must be fresh (opened linseed oil can be kept in the refrigerator for around 3-4 weeks). Alternatively, other oils with a nutty taste can also be used. The cashew butter can also be exchanged for another nut butter, depending on your taste.
